Iâd check out rocketchat @dtech4you uses it over at quickbox.io it works a charm, mediajunkie over at openflixr is trying slack chat and seems to need to invite every person individually in order to use the free version.

haha yeah looks like quickbox is using glitter now, I liked rocket chat better, but that's only cause the them was darker and I hate bright screens

Not really as you canât, yet, have E2E encryption. You can using IRC/XMPP with OTR. OC this doesnât matter for anyone using Google, Microsoft, Facebook and co with happiness (not saying you do).
I do believe in my privacy right, even for chatting.
