Your current per day token grant rate limit is 10 000 grants per day. The per day token grant rate resets every day.

I have experienced linux and for some unknown reason every distribution that I try had problems from the start. So I went back to windows and hope that with the --tpslimit 1 I will have no problem re creating my libraries.
you shouldn't need a tps-limit on normal usage.
On windows I was confronted with fairly frequent banitations when creating large libraries. I did not encounter this problem on linux. Not because of the maximum request limit but rather because of the too fast frequency between each of them
