After toying around with this over the last few hours, I'm starting to believe more and more that it's a Sonarr/Docker issue, not a rclone one. I'm thinking Sonarr is looking at my Downloads and Media folders (which are separate Docker bind mounts) and is having an issue with that, rather than anything with rclone itself.
I'll keep investigating, thanks for your help with the analysis.
