No connection to OneDrive login page of Microsoft Cloud Germany for personal accounts

I am trying to set up a new OneDrive personal account in rclone (rclone-v1.61.1-osx-amd64).
The browser (Firefox 109.0 64-Bit - but I also tried other browsers) opens a new window in order to connect to the Microsoft login page but is not able to connect to it. I don't use a firewall. And this problem only occurs when I'm trying to connect to Microsoft Cloud Germany (address automatically created by rclone: 127.0.0.1:53682/auth?state=T4Sq0IOMuUZgk1lXSrsikg). I do not have any problems setting up other cloud accounts or to connect to other Microsoft login pages via rclone, for example Microsoft Cloud Global.
My operation system is Linux Mint 20.3 una but I have the same problem with the current macOS (Mac Mini M2) and using different hardware.
Any help is very much appreciated.

can you run rclone config -vv and create a new remote.
and post the full debug log, tho need to redact private info

Rclone will redirect that URL to somewhere - can you see what it is in the browser?

That URL looks correct but as you said, it just sits there and does nothing.

I wonder if Microsoft have changed the URL...

Try not setting DE as your region and just use the default - does that work?
