Command "rclone config" to set up a new OneDrive not working for region 3 ("Germany")

No connection to OneDrive login page of Microsoft Cloud Germany for personal accounts

I am trying to set up a new OneDrive personal account in rclone (rclone-v1.61.1-osx-amd64). The browser (Firefox 109.0 64-Bit - but I also tried other browsers) opens a new window in order to connect to the Microsoft login page but is not able to connect to it. I don't use a firewall. And this problem only occurs when I'm trying to connect to Microsoft Cloud Germany (address automatically created by rclone: 127.0.0.1:53682/auth?state=T4Sq0IOMuUZgk1lXSrsikg).
