What is the problem you are having with rclone?
According to this post, i'm planning to make decryption service for google drive. It will simply download content i want to share with friends, decrypt it and upload it back to original path or user defined path.
Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

I want to ask those who uses Google Cloud free tier with Google drive, what are the catches i need to keep eye on?
According to asdffdsa's comment, they will not charge you anything if you're using data within Google services (like Google Cloud, Google Drive and/or Google Photos). Can you confirm this?
