Yandex.disk error 400 on authorization

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

I am installing a new (first time) remote
I get to authorization in browser, enter login and mail password and get error 400

I tried it on Windows and Ubuntu, on different internet providers and different computers.

please tell me how to solve this problem, I couldn't find it on the Internet.
