Wrong Modtime and/or wrong create date Google photos

Hello,

I have imported my pictures into Google Photos. A lot of them have the date set where they were imported via Rclone and not where the photo was actually taken.

Is it possible to change this afterwards? Sometimes the location where the photo was taken is also missing.
Everything is correct in the original.

Okay thanks. Ist it possible to Override the create or modify Date and Upload the Changes?

It is not by rclone. Unsure if there is another way to do it.
