Rclone ver: 1.47.0
When I use Rclone to do server-side --disable copy from Gdrive, my web browser are loading all the website slow(it is keep loading and loading), when I stop Rclone, the web browser become normal and can load all the website fast.
ps: It is not my internet speed problem, as

Just update my Windows to 1903, and the problem gone, everytime there is a Windows update, and my pc will act weird.
