Wanted to exclude a subdirectory in a folder

I want to copy a folder..
But i wanted to exclude a whole subdirectory (contains library and dotted with red in image)

As this folder name has already special characters so I can't even access using its name gives error even for lsd commands.

What would be the appropriate command to exclude this folder???
I have its folder id.
As this is shared folder, i have no access to rename it.

And i can lsd its content using folder id.
