--vfs cache-mode full - rclone upload and bwlimits

I have a few questions about the behaviour of --vfs cache-mode full please.

i) Is there a way to set a --bwlimit for transfers to the actual remote from the cache?
ii) If the files I want to write to the cache are > than vfs-cache-max-size, do they get written straightaway?
iii) Does rclone upload write to --cache-dir or to the actual remote (gdrive in my case), or both?
