Using Rclone to move files between directories

Can Rclone be used to move, for example, all *.dot files from two Google Drive folders /A/a, and /A/b into a Google Drive Folder /B?

The underlying objective is to get rid of the sub-folders a and b, and to have all *.dot files together in a single folder B.
