Changing the cache from writes to full has helped, I can skip forward now but there's an extended gap between it playing again.
It's not my internet connection, as I have a 1gigabit connection and my general speeds are within the 300s.
Also, none of the films brought into my Jellfin server had chapters - could this be resolved?
