Update docs for ftp path, absolute vs relative

hello,

the docs for sftp has
If the path does not begin with a / it is relative to the home directory of the user. An empty path remote: refers to the user's home directory.

the docs for ftp does not have that text.

I've done that now! The new docs will go live with 1.52.3 or 1.53 whichever comes first!
