I uploaded my gdrive files encrypted using rclone.
and I want to decrypt them, they should appear clear on gdrive, there is pib pib data that will take a lot of time to download and install again.
There's no magic for that as the encryption and decryption is done by rclone so it must pass through rclone to decrypt it and in this case, you'd have to download and reupload it if that's your end goal.

only rclone can decrypt the files.
you can run rclone on a cheap/free google virtual machine.
in that way, no need to use local internet connection and resources.
