I found ggdriive.com and it only has webdav connection there is a way to add it to rclone as direct compatible storage since it has api and all this ggdriive.com has unlimited storage I already have many tb but it would be great if someone could implement it to rclone

Unfortunately I don't believe having that storage service as a rclone remote, unless you either do it yourself and post a PR or pay a significant amount of money for someone else to implement it.
In the meantime (likely forever) you can access it via webdav, rclone have a webdav backend/support.
Its way more efficient use of time to implement a more well known backend(s) into rclone, many not having any way of access by rclone
