Unable to do server side copying in google drive

Hello, I have 2 google shared drives and i'm the manager of the two. I have all my files in 1st shared drive. I need to copy the entire 1st shared drive to the 2nd shared drive. I added server_side_across_configs = true at the end of my rclone.conf file and tried rclone copy MyRemoteName1:/ MyRemoteName2:/ -P -v. But the transfer is not taking place (see screenshot). Am i doing anything wrong here? Thanks in advance.
I am running rclone v1.55.1 windows version.

try to add following flag

--drive-server-side-across-configs
