Thoughts on my rclone mount commands?

write: rclone.exe mount D3_Crypt: X: --vfs-cache-mode=writes --cache-dir=E:\cache
read only: rclone.exe mount D3_Crypt: Y: --vfs-read-chunk-size 128M --vfs-read-chunk-size-limit 2G --buffer-size 64M --read-only

Anything wrong with these commands for google drive? Any risk of being banned? (something ive seen people talk about, no idea what it means, can someone explain how exactly you can get banned?)

Also, would it be fine to write directly to the mount with sonarr/radarr/bazarr, or is there a more efficient way?
edit: both mounts will be used at the same time, purpose is for a media server, and are there any things wrong with them / more efficent commands ?

I would suggest you take a look here Recommended Google Drive and Plex Mount Settings

A lot of work and testing has been put into this and the configuration detailed in that thread is where I would start if I were new to this.
