EDIT: Yeah, well, not so optimistic and thankful now. Downloading doesn't work and my request for support here has been flagged as SPAM for whatever reason and it isn't getting out of SPAM anytime soon it seems. Really sad.

Original post (which may become true again if it will really work, which it isn't right now):

I have been saving loads of big files (200+ videos) with about 500GB on OneDrive during my vacation. Now as I am trying to get these files back to my PC I am struggling, because OneDrive thinks it should bundle files to a zip before letting me download. This however just produces huge files that are highly impractical (unzip, extract, huge downloads that can fail, etc.). So I was looking for anyway to just download the files one by one.

And rclone delivered this with a simplicity (it seems) only a command line tool could.

Glad to hear you are using rclone. Not sure what the problem might be with no context on your commands, etc. I understand your post got flagged as SPAM. Did you use the template? Did you start a new post?

Always remember less flags is usually better, and OneDrive is very sensitive with throttling requests, so if you are getting errors try again in an hour after throttling goes away. If you just want to download, no need to mount etc, a simple copy command should allow you to download all your files to your destination with little trouble.

Discourse spam isn't perfect as sometimes things get flagged, they generally get approved quickly during my normal waking hours :slight_smile:
