and antivirus will just quarantine it.
the delay could be anti-antivirus not knowing what rclone is, doing some kind of cloud submission for analysis.
but once that is done, anti-virus would not do it again.
make sure to whitelist the rclone.exe with whatever antivirus you use.
or just disable antivrius, run and time rclone.exe, then re-enable anti-virus
