Again, I am still having low speeds and buffering issues it happens everyday around this time. Can someone help me how can I detect what is causing this? Any feedback I will so much appreciate it.
Do you have a debug log when it was occuring? Also when it is occuring can you download other files at high speed? network issue perhaps?

Could it be that the bottleneck is between your Hetzner server and the streaming device (rather than between Hetzner and Google Drive)?
I have a Hetzner server too and this usually my issue. Sometimes I connect to a VPN on the streaming device and this resolves the slow speed issue (suggesting it could be due to poor peering from Hetzner or ISP throttling).
