I think it would be useful if it was made this way that in a mount if a file is deleted using keyboard delete button it gets sent to trash. But if shift+delete it gets hard deleted.

that would be captured by the file manager, not by rclone.
so how would rclone know?
perhaps rclone could add a set of flags
--on-delete-move-to-trash=true
and
--trash-folder=remote:path/to/trash
