I am sharing a rclone config file with a friend but when I try to mount it comes up with drive: failed when making oauth client: failed to create oauth client: unexpected end of JSON input in the logs as far as I can see it is imput into the config file as all the other drives are?
Sounds like the config file is corrupted somehow...
Can you get your friend to zip it before transferring it to you?
It sounds like a syntax error in the config.
If you shared this via text in an email or something of that nature rather than sharing the actual file then such things can easily happen due to some single character being deleted or maybe a whitespace being added somewhere. This is often not very obvious just by looking at it.
