when i choose bug template, it asks the same questions as help and support template.

I think I'm done everything.

Did we want to migrate all the "bug" to just Help and Support as well and kill that category since they are one in the same.

I think we should leave bug alone.

One thing I noticed though is 'help and support' is missing from the home page view now in the list of topics. Its in the drop down though.

This is odd too. Its like the security isn't there to see them but I checked and it looks okay.

Fixed. It was this "shared drafts category" in the admin settings.

"Enable the Shared Drafts feature by designating a category for topic drafts. Topics in this category will be suppressed from topic lists for staff users."
