S3 server side copy, different remotes, same region

Hi all,
is it possible to do S3 server side copy with different remotes (as it's different accounts) but same region?
S3 documentation said it's fine when in same region. But rclone doc said it should be same remote.

it would depend on the provider, the s3 user|bucket polices and rclone flags.

imo, only way to know, is to copy a single file and see what happens.
