Request to Add Wasabi EU West 3 Region

Hi, I noticed two Wasabi regions are missing in Rclone v1.75.1: US West 2, which is included in a separate, previous feature request, and EU West 3. This is a request to add Wasabi's EU West 3 region (s3.eu-west-3.wasabisys.com) in London. Please see Service URLs for Wasabi's Storage Regions for a list of Wasabi's EMEA endpoints. you can use eu-west-3 now without waiting on the provider dropdown.

in the remote set:
provider = Wasabi
endpoint = s3.eu-west-3.wasabisys.com
region = eu-west-3

or on the command line:
--s3-provider Wasabi --s3-endpoint s3.eu-west-3.wasabisys.com --s3-region eu-west-3

then rclone lsd that:remote: once to confirm. filing the missing region on github still helps for the list later.

Thanks for the workaround, @nite_route. I'm hoping the endpoint can be added to the provider drop-down as well.
