I use Arq Backup for encrypted backups. I would love to be able to mount a volume for my Arq backups, or even a single Arq backup to view the files and folders in my remote encrypted backup in a local mounted network share for comparison to the local source drive.
Is anyone else interested in having this support added to rclone?
Arq backup publishes their encryption/data format:
There is ever growing list of pending new backends - 70+ at the moment - some many years old.
So unless you have someone to code it or sponsor it (maybe Arq would be interested? - ask them) it won't happen.
Or give it a go. Many people do - this is how most new backbends happen nowadays.
