Regression in stats with updated ETA code in 1.56

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Before 1.56, the ETA code wasn't accurate, as it was calculated based on the average bitrate of the entire transfer, not just what it has recently been doing. The nice thing about this though was that one did get the average bitrate at the end when it was completed. Now, one only sees the last "instantaneous" bitrate, but on completion better to have the average for the full download
