Howdy folks,
I've been lurking around the forum now for a couple of months. I now have a question that I haven't found an answer for. So, here goes.
I have a rclone stack that I use on my VPS for Plex.
Google Drive - cache - crypt - union
The union is a combination of the crypt and a local folder. (local folder is used for writes)
I have found much information on using mergerfs/unionfs for this setup. But, not much on folks using rclone union.
Anyway, Its all working pretty good. But, after I do my migration of files from the local HDD to the gcrypt, I always have to restart Plex and run a scan before it will play the files that were moved. Am I doing something wrong? is it supposed to be like this? If I have to restart Plex everytime then I might as well get rid of the union and just put point my Plex library to both folders...
