Is the Rclone UI app on the Apple App Store legit? I was under the impression that the mobile app wouldn’t be released until the GitHub project hit 2k stars?
Yup, it's the real deal, but not publicly announced yet. It's available to allow a small cohort of users to test it and report bugs.
This looks great, thanks for the hard work.
As someone looking to use this only for personal use is there an option for a lifetime donation? I want to support the software but not in a monthly capacity.
You can get a lifetime license (which also gives you full access to the paid mobile app once it officially launches) by starting RCUI and going to Settings > License > Lifetime (there's a table with 3 options there - monthly, yearly and lifetime).
If it's too much the Yearly plan helps as well, and you can cancel it afterwards to avoid renewing!
Really appreciate the initiative @Dimtar, it's people like yourself that not only keep the software alive, but also push it forward!
Thank you for the fast response. I won’t be near a computer for a few more days but I’ll do this once I can.
Hi,
I am looking forward to your Android software. When the software for Android is available in beta I would like to become a beta tester.
Thanks.
Hi,
How do we who have missed on getting free license get this one year free coupon code?
You got it, it's in your inbox ![]()
Lifetime license purchased, thanks again for your hard work here.

Hi @rclone-ui,
I’m running Windows 11 and I just tried it to copy a file from my local drive to OneDrive for Business.
It worked but…when I clicked on “View Transfers”, it showed nothing! Yes, I kept on refreshing but the page remained blank.
After the file was uploaded, the entry showed up in the “Inactive” list.
Is there anything special I need to do to have my active transfers visible?
Note that I first did an unscheduled transfer and then I did a scheduled transfer (i.e., using the cron config) but in both cases they did not show up in the “Active” transfers list.
Thanks!
For Support - please use their support forums / github.
Thanks!
Open an issue on Github, post some logs, and let's take it from there.

Awesome project. The only thing I'm missing so far is the option to choose --cache-dir. Can you add it in a next version?
Thanks!
Sure, let's keep the conversation about features/support on Github. You can add it here in the special thread for requests.
We’re fewer than 300 GitHub
(or as we like to call them, instant coffees) away from our goal of 2,000 stars.
Once we hit it, the mobile app goes public for everyone on both Android and iOS.
