Rclone sync with google drive

Hi
This is first time im gonna use rclone sync below is cmd, please suggest me for any improvements, my transfer files are small chunks.

rclone sync SOURCE Google:DESTINATION --tpslimit 12 --tpslimit-burst 12 --transfers 64 --checkers 32 --checksum -P --fast-list --bwlimit=8.68 --log-file rclone.log
