Rclone sync S3 Gbps

Hi, I am syncing files ( rclone sync ... --transfers 16) from server to S3, where server has 10Gbps NIC, I see the max upload speed to be 900 Mbps, seems that S3 has limit of 1Gbps, if I run rclone copy command, multiple times, the speed increases.

Is any way the rclone sync to maximize the speed for s3?

for the server, what is the results of a speedtest?
