Rclone sync is creating duplicates

I am trying to sync a folder from "shared with me" section to "My Drive". Each time I run the command a new folder "ePAPERS" gets created instead of syncing already available files in the folder

rclone sync --drive-shared-with-me "ss404:ePAPERS" "ss404:ePAPERS" -p
