Rclone memory consumption increasing linearly

This certainly appears to have improved matters on my systems, although I need to set up monitoring once again to be sure.

Finally finished a very significant backup today of the most-troublesome job (few million files) and nothing significant - just usual system load and swap I/O, but no increase in memory usage or swap size. Looks good here!
