Rclone list by last accessed review and delete

I've been doing file cleanup with rclone. Is there a way to do the following with rclone:

1. List files that have not been accessed / opened in X amount of Days/months/years?

I would like to get the list, review it, and then decide what I am going to delete en masse. Thanks for your help in advance. I did look for some sort of last access with ls, but couldn't see anything like that in the documentation.

rclone uses modtime for all operations, with very few exceptions.

if the files are local, can use another tool to create a list of files and then feed that list to rclone.
