Does anybody knows how I can preserve filerights and unix owner:group when rcloning to Google drive?

Rclone doesn't pereserve permissions/owner as this isn't a concept which translates well to cloud storage systems in general.
Do you want this so you do a backup, then the restore has the correct perms? If so you could checkout restic which works in tandem with rclone to access google drive.
