Rclone (GDrive) + Plex Deep Analyisis - What to turn off?

My Plex Server is using ridiculous high amount of traffic and as far as I could find out it is because of Deep Analysis.

For what exactly is Deep Analysis needed ?

What options do I need to turn of in plex to prevent it from deep analysing everything ?

Could someone post screenshots of the optimal settings ?
