RCX is perfect for the phone!
I also managed to install it on a Xiaomi TV but my current Philips can't use it, can't even install wireguard on the damn thing no way to import config even..

Simplest and easiest access to the cloud on a phone/some TV's i found 
Also a tip, can install bluetooth keyboard and mouse (Appground IO on play store) on the phone to use on a Android TV, simpler use if RCX is installed on a TV!
