Hi guys,
is there somebody that is using Emby with an active real time monitoring of the media folder?
This seems to be the perfect option to avoid regular scans. Whenever a file is added Emby should be scanning/scrapping it.
Much like plex which can’t do it, it seems the issue is further up stream from the application or even rclone, it’s a FUSE limitation seemingly.
What a shame, that would be an interesting feature.

Very interesting! If I understood this right then the developer got this working on his own PC back in 2016. Has there been something like a beta we could try?
i use plex_autoscan. is there an emby version?
