Rclone copy and preserve directory hierarchy

Hello,

I’m looking at using rclone to backup my music collection to a folder on B2 but I don’t know if it’s possible, without a wrapper script, to preserve the folder hierarchy (perhaps by concatenating into the file names). What would you do if you wanted to backup a collection of folders with music files in to a bucket?

Is rclone the right choice?

What about a restore at a later date?

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Yes it should work fine.

Just do a couple of test files first to make sure they are going to the right place.
