Ah, I see. Then Linux does not meet the requirement. You can't hide process memory from user running the process.
I could be mistranslating the OP's request too 
It gets tricky when you don't "trust" the user and want to obfuscate things as fuse makes that tough since it's supposed to be in the user's namepsace (which I know you know).
