What is the problem you are having with rclone?
So, I can add a folder from my Gdrive through Plex and get everything added and playing just fine, but I can't seem to update that library once new folders get added.
I have to delete and re-add the folder or something in order to update the library.
I heard that I could use this to assist, but I have no idea how to get it to work on Windows:

Any advice?
