Rclone beta amd64 missing ".exe"

Just noticed in the latest beta 1.35-119 the windows version contains a file named “rclone” not “rclone.exe”

I wrote an install script in powershell and had to account for this :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve fixed it now! Thanks for spotting it before the 136 release!
