Not with Dropbox personal.

You can always get yourself proper cloud storage like S3. I use myself IDrive® e2 plans and pricing for cloud storage which is not only cheaper than Dropbox but gives you all features you need. In your case you will be able to create separate buckets with different credentials - fully isolated one from each other.

Yay, that looks much better. Much simpler and exactly what I need.
I'll test it with the 1TB version and see how it goes.
