Do rclone mount move files one by one if I move files in bulk or it depends on remote.
Rclone mount doesn't move anything unless the user/application does something.
Might help if elaborate a bit more and share more details on a use case or flow you are trying to figure out.

Generally - yes, it moves more than 1 at a time but that's not always the right answer.
