Problem connecting Dropbox and Google Drive on the VM

I am trying to transfer Dropbox to a shared folder on Google Drive. It works fine on my computer, but I am having problems with my computer restarting multiple times. I opted to do it on a Google VM. When I go to set it up, I can't connect Dropbox and Google Drive. When I copy the link to paste it into my browser, it gives an error, and I don't understand how to do it manually without the link. Could someone please help me?

It works fine on my computer

copy the working config file from computer to vm.
Configuring by copying the config file

I downloaded the config file before installing rclone and it worked, thank you very much.
