this flag existed in the beta only, the name was changed in the final release

beta
--src-only string Report all files missing from the destination to this file

--missing-on-dst string Report all files missing from the destination to this file

perhaps it takes time for the fix to go live.

as the text --src-only is still in the documentaion,
The --differ, --missing-on-dst, --missing-on-src, --src-only and --error flags

It will go live at the next point release.
