Possibility to track the sync status?

Hey, I'm using the latest version of Rclone and currently doing a sync of several TB from one place to another. Now I wanted to ask if there is a way to display how much to sync and how fast it is currently working?

try --progress

--progress
--log-file=/dir/file.log --log-level INFO

If already working as a background task, perhaps query current size of destination.
