The logs you posted show transcoding and the picture you posted show the same.
(Direct Stream = transcoding)
mkv isnt a problem for a browser… AC3 can be (licensing).
So i’m back to the problem ! I start transcode a movie it used /dev/shm (3Go) and it now fill at 82% and the movie is stuck in plex log :
