What is the problem you are having with rclone?

When I am watching something on my Plex sometimes it stops and loads(buffering, I guess)

Run the command 'rclone version' and share the full output of the command.

If you copy a file from Dropbox onto the same server where Plex is hosted, how fast does it go, and does it hold that speed for the entire transfer? Is that speed higher than the average bitrate of the video file?
